The work begins with the issued tender files and an agreed scope. Requirements are organised into reviewable outputs with document and section references. A person checks the output before it is returned. Nothing is submitted to the principal without the customer's approval.
What stays with the customer's team?
Technical judgement, pricing, legal positions and final submission approval stay with the people responsible for the bid. Tender Glossary does not provide legal advice or engineering certification.
